We build fleet automation tools that reduce operating costs and improve customer experiences. Our software is delivered as a service and via mobile apps. All our current customers are organizations that manage transportation fleets and their users.

Users use our iPhone or Android app, web app, IVRS or SMS interface to request service from the fleet without a dispatcher being involved. Our intelligent dispatch system automatically assigns the request to the best vehicle based on it’s GPS location, tracked using our off the shelf, gps enabled, rugged tablet which runs our app. The driver manages her requests using this tablet app. Once a driver is on her way to a customer, the customer can track them on a map and get notified when the driver is nearby. Mechanics monitor vehicles remotely using remote diagnostics and proactive alerts about potential issues. Managers monitor all metrics in real time using charts and reports.

Currently, we charge only the fleet organization for automation (Over 80% reduced effort consistently) and for improving the experience for their users. We will expand this to multiple markets where fleets serve customers such as ISPs, Cable service providers, taxis, courier and delivery fleets, appliance service and repair, food delivery etc. For those fleets where we can become the payment intermediary, we intend to generate revenue from users as well.
