Previously: CEO of Openstudy, a start-up company that provides a collaborative study social network for high school and college students. Founder of Netzip.com, a company that established the de facto standard for downloading software & music files on the Internet.  The company was acquired by RealNetworks.  Vice President of MusicNet (subsidiary of RealNetworks), a company that pioneered the early music subscription models adopted by Yahoo, AOL and MTV.

Founder and President of Vocalocity, a market leading telecom startup providing cloud based VOIP phone services to small companies. Started in 1989 at Coca-Cola & Schweppes in the UK as a marketing manager, before moving into technology. From 2001-2, worked as Interim Executive Director of an ailing non-profit called Soccer In The Streets; introduced a new vision to get at-risk kids off the streets and away from drugs and crime in 19 cities across the U.S.
