Wei-Chun Tai is a principal at Mosley Ventures. She also currently directs all philanthropic efforts of the Mosley Foundation, focusing on providing educational program assistance to disadvantaged youth. Prior to joining the Mosley Foundation, Wei-Chun was a financial analyst with NHCO, a wealth management firm with alternative and private equity investment niches.
An innovative marketing professional with strengths in developing revenue-generating strategies under strict budgets and time frames, Wei-Chun had founder roles in two start-ups, one in mortgage software and the other in fashion. As head of sales and marketing to the mortgage software company LenderFlex, she implemented a zero-cost lead gen program that resulted in sales of 2900 licensing seats over an 8-month period. Prior to LenderFlex, Wei-Chun was the founder and CEO of Jara Brands, an apparel company. She built a couture fashion brand in 4 months, leading to a 200-store distribution and a marketing partnership with Newell Rubbermaid. Wei-Chun has held product marketing and business analysis positions with Nortel Networks, Nordson and The Coca-Cola Company.
Wei-Chun has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Feng-Chia University Taiwan and received her MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford.
