King is a tech lawyer by training and an entrepreneur and angel investor. He co-founded cable TV software company N2 Broadband in 2000, raised $25 million in VC money and sold the company for $120 million in 2005. He was an early investor and advisor to Last Minute Tee Times, which was sold for $18 million in 2008. He is also the co-founder of ATL accelerator Shotput Ventures in 2009, as well as an angel investor in Pardot and Sentrinsic. He currently serves as a technology lawyer at FSB Legal.
