Doug is a respected technology business leader who has been an integral part of some of the most successful technology ventures in the southeast United States. Possessing 25 years experience gained in operations, strategy and finance roles, Doug is seasoned in guiding organizations through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

After spending the first nine years of his career with Price Waterhouse, Doug parlayed his learning into ever expanding roles of strategy and operations in companies ranging in size from startup to mid-cap publicly traded companies. Doug has played an integral role in over 100 M&A transactions and raising capital in excess of $500 million in both private and public equity and debt markets. He has extensive international business experience and has started and developed international operations in all major markets of Europe, Asia and Australia.

Doug thoroughly enjoys working with companies to identify and implement sound operating policies and procedures for planning, forecasting and measuring business performance based upon key operating metrics that drive solid business performance. He has served in executive leadership roles at Multicast Media Technologies, Marketworks,  Synchrologic and Netzip, all of which were acquired or merged with other companies. He has also held executive level positions with MFG.com, Link2Gov and Premiere Global Services.

Doug is an active member of the Atlanta technology community, serving as a frequent speaker, panelist and mentor to startup companies through the Advanced Technology Development Center (ATDC) of Georgia Tech. Doug’s hobbies include coaching basketball, skiing and triathlons.
